ROOMS
Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, two baths, a sitting room with a gas fire place and a kitchen with a breakfast nook. The third bedroom has one bed (#3b)—fully partitioned off in an alcove—as well as another bed (#3a) that can be made into a couch. This section of the room may be used for a living room/dining room and/or as an additional bedroom.
Down stairs: There is a fourth bedroom/sitting/dining room with bath.
For longer stays (if additional beds are not needed) all but 2 bedrooms can be set up as sitting or dining room spaces if the changes are requested in advance.
