The COVE HILL GUEST HOUSE is a charming cottage tucked away in a secluded cove—just steps away from the Ole Miss campus. Nested on a wooded hill, its inviting deck is bordered by the limbs of a giant magnolia tree.  It combines the convenience of being in the heart of town with the privacy of being in a country like atmosphere. 

With sunlit rooms and polished hardwood floors, Cove Hill is fully furnished and is decorated in a warm, subtly colorful and unique style.  The guest house is also filled with original art recently shown at Oxford’s Southside Art Gallery on the Square.

Direct TV, VCR, DVD and fast access DSL are provided along with hair dryers, ironing board and iron. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher as well as both 30 and 12 cup coffee pots.  Below the deck, outside the lower level entrance is a charcoal grill and plenty of seating for relaxing or chatting outside.

The guest house is rented as a whole and provides the perfect setting for couples, groups or families attending football games, special events or other gatherings.  Off season, it can also be made available to visiting professors, professionals or others who desire the comfort and privacy of a cozy home environment for longer periods of time. Lodging for children under twelve only by previous arrangement.

Coffee, tea and chocolates are provided. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee if requested in advance.

No smoking inside the house.   No pets please.
